It’s been a while since we heard from Frightened Rabbit. Their last album, 2013’s Pedestrian Verse, was a resounding triumph. Building on it’s predecessors, it pushed the band into a new, sonically richer area, with soaring choruses more than capable of filling the likes of Brixton’s O2 Academy.
After teasing a snippet of new track ‘Death Dream’, the track was shared in it’s entirety on Friday 19th February. It’s a slightly sparser Frightened Rabbit, with elements of singer Scott Hutchison’s solo offering ‘Owl John’ beautifully intertwining with that familiar cathartic build.

The new album ‘Painting Of A Panic Attack’ is set for release on 8th April, and was produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner at his Brooklyn studio. The track listing is as follows:
  1. Death Dream
  2. Get Out
  3. I Wish I Was Sober
  4. Woke Up Hurting
  5. Little Drum
  6. Still Want To Be Here
  7. An Otherwise Disappointing Life
  8. Break
  9. Blood Under The Bridge
  10. 400 Bones
  11. Lump Street
  12. Die Like A Rich Boy
